Jemari Neal (Atlanta, GA) began his formal dance training at the age of 15 at Stephenson High School under the direction of Patrick Keith Smith. He later joined the Atlanta Dance Connection, where he started his professional career and trained under the tutelage of Allyne Gartrell. Jemari earned his BFA in Dance from Point Park University. In 2022, he was awarded a full scholarship to the Dance Theatre of Harlem Summer Intensive. Jemari is thrilled to begin his second season with Dallas Black Dance Theatre.
