Amit Katz (born in Madrid, Spain) was raised in Frankfurt, Germany, Herzliya, Israel, and Plano, Texas. She attended Brenau University on a full-ride scholarship and graduated in Spring 2023 with honors and a BA in Dance with an advanced ballet concentration. Amit started to pursue her dream of becoming a professional dancer and choreographer by joining 6 O’clock Dance Theatre. After one season, Amit joined Dallas Black Dance Theatre as a main company dancer.
