Restrooms

Restrooms are located on the east side of the park behind the MiCocina (just before Olive Street).

Table Staffing

Dallas Black Dance Theatre will not be responsible for any of your materials if left unmanned at loading or at your booth. Please make sure to assign someone to always watch after all your goods during the event hours on Saturday from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.

Disclaimer: Dallas Black Dance Theatre is not responsible for securing the contents of a Marketplace Vendor area. Any loss or damage to property is solely the responsibility of the vendor and Dallas Black Dance Theatre shall be indemnified of any loss thereof.

Balloons

Helium balloons are allowed to decorate your table ONLY. Balloons should NOT be provided to patron’s children.

Noise Generated at Table

No outside entertainment will be allowed at the table. ALL ENTERTAINMENT WILL BE FROM THE MAIN STAGE ONLY.

KLYDE WARREN PARK RULES & REGULATIONS

• Klyde Warren Park is a non-smoking area. No cigarettes, cigars, pipes, marijuana, e-cigarettes, etc.

• Pets must be on a leash except within “My Best Friend’s” Park area

• Use of paint is not permitted

• No tents

• Electricity is not provided

• No glass containers

• No weapons

• No fireworks

• No driving stakes or poles into the ground

• Vehicles are not allowed on the grass
