Thank you for your joining us for the 2026 DanceAfrica Marketplace on October 10, 2026 at Klyde Warren Park!
Curbside Check-in: 8:00AM - 9:30AM
Vendor load-in and load-out is at Klyde Warren Park, 2012 Woodall Rodgers Fwy on the southeast corner of Woodall Rodgers Fwy (eastbound towards 75) and Olive Street. Yellow cones will be in parking spaces where you can unload and load your vehicle.
Check-in with a DBDT staff member curbside to receive your vendor packet.
Vendor Packet has booth location and parking placard. One parking placard per vendor.
Be sure to bring a hand truck, platform truck, etc. to move your items from the check-in location to your booth and tablecloth. Tables are 6’x 30”.
You have 15 minutes to unload your vehicle as parking is limited in this area.
Your table will have a sign with your company name.
All booths must be set up by 9:45AM
Vendor Parking
Parking is at the Dallas Museum of Art (DMA), 1717 North Harwood, Dallas and included in your registration.
• To access to the DMA’s underground parking garage is located off North St. Paul Street (one way, south) or access the underground parking garage from Harwood Street (one way, south). CLICK HERE for driving directions to the underground parking garage.
• Present the placard to the parking garage attendee.
• Park on Level P3 or P4.
• Place the placard on your dashboard while parked in the garage
Vendor Load Out : 2:00PM - 3:00PM
Please do not dismantle your booth until the conclusion of the event at 2:00 pm. You will be able to load your vehicle at the same spot where you unloaded.

Restrooms
Restrooms are located on the east side of the park behind the Mi Cocina (just before Olive Street).
Table Staffing
Dallas Black Dance Theatre will not be responsible for any of your materials if left unmanned at loading or at your booth. Please make sure to assign someone to always watch after all your goods during the event hours on Saturday from 10:00AM – 2:00PM.
Disclaimer: Dallas Black Dance Theatre is not responsible for securing the contents of a Marketplace Vendor area. Any loss or damage to property is solely the responsibility of the vendor and Dallas Black Dance Theatre shall be indemnified of any loss thereof.
Balloons
Helium balloons are allowed to decorate your table ONLY. Balloons should NOT be provided to patron’s children.
Noise Generated at Table
No outside entertainment will be allowed at the table. ALL ENTERTAINMENT WILL BE FROM THE MAIN STAGE ONLY.
KLYDE WARREN PARK RULES & REGULATIONS
Klyde Warren Park is a non-smoking area. No cigarettes, cigars, pipes, marijuana, e-cigarettes, etc.
Pets must be on a leash except within “My Best Friend’s” Park area
Use of paint is not permitted
No tents
Electricity is not provided
No glass containers
No weapons
No fireworks
No driving stakes or poles into the ground
Vehicles are not allowed on the grass
