To access your complimentary on demand video, follow these steps:

1. Select ‘First Time Access’ and follow the prompts to create an account. This account will allow you to easily access your complimentary video in the future.

2. Please note that your password must contain 10 characters.

3. Scroll down and click on the Espresso Nutcracker video to open the video page.

4. If the video does not play automatically, please click the video once more to enjoy!

2. Scroll down to click the ‘Log In’ button at the bottom of the stage.

3. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click the ‘forgot password’ button to receive a link to reset. Please Note: Your password should be at least 10 characters long.

4. In the menu on the right side of your screen, select ‘View’ underneath ‘Fichtenbaum Charitable Fund | Espresso Nutcracker Access 2025’.

5. Scroll down and click on the Espresso Nutcracker video to open the video page.
