Audiences will take a journey through a historical dance perspective featuring the voices of John Archie Sanders and Sandra King Stewart as they sing the Negro Spirituals and Folk songs with narration by Founder and Artistic Director, Ann Williams.

Tally Beatty's Mourner's Bench and Asadata Dafora's Awassa Astrige/Ostrich will keep audiences spellbound. A commissioned ballet choreographed by Bridget Moore, a 2012/2013 Princess Grace Choreography Fellow will depict the life of renowned artist Romare Bearden.
